Scan2FolderThe multi-functional MFP-LaserJet's offer the standard functions to print, copy and send an email address. This functional range can be extended with Scan2Folder strongly. With this software you are able to send documents directly from a MFP device a server or PC and to store this as a file in a catalogue. The documents can be stored in one of the supported file formats TIFF, JPEG or PDF. If you have additional applications as for example archives, document management (DMS), FAX or Workflow systems in the application, you can integrate this so directly. The wished file name resp. the aim catalogue can be simply chosen on MFP-Panel. The single component, which you in the PC resp. Servers must install, is an active FTP server which can receive the data of the MFP by FTP protocol. The configuration is very simple and takes place about the inserted web server of the MFP's.
